Tell us about your professional journey. How did you enter the HR field, and what inspires you in this profession?
My career in HR started at Philip Morris, where I gained valuable experience, and then I continued to grow as an HR Generalist at Air Astana. The pandemic opened up new opportunities for me, and I became the Head of HR at the JSC «Civil Aviation Academy», which was an important stage in my development as a leader. I gained significant experience working in consulting and IT, and I was excited to join the team at Fonte Capital Ltd, where I can apply all my knowledge to strengthen the team in the investment sector. I am inspired by seeing how people and teams grow, contributing to the company's success.
