Launched in the fall of 2024, the Tenger program attracted over 400 applications, from which 30 participants were selected on a competitive basis. The program lasted 4 months and consisted of 7 modules covering key topics in investment business:

  • Financial markets

  • Operational management
  • Corporate governance
  • Compliance and AML
  • Accounting for financial instruments

The training took place in a hybrid format, combining online modules with offline workshops.
