Fonte Dynamic Fund OEIC Limited

Fonte Dynamic Fund OEIC Limited is an Open-ended, Domestic, and Exempt Fund registered in the AIFC on August 17th, 2023 in an organizational-legal form of a Private Investment Company with the Constitution and Offering Materials being governed by the AIFC law.  

The Fund is a multi-asset fund with plans to invest money in a wide array of asset classes and financial instruments, and to actively use a variety of non-conservative or risky investing strategies all with the objective of delivering exceptional returns to the Fund’s investors. 

The Fund seeks to meet its objective by investing in a portfolio diversified across a broad range of asset classes, markets, and financial instruments, including but not limited to listed and unlisted equities, emerging and developed market government bonds, unlisted growth investments, pre-IPO investments, as well as options, futures, forwards, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and digital assets, including Etherium and Bitcoin.

Exempt Fund is a Collective Investment Scheme the Units of which are offered in the AIFC only by way of a private placement to Persons who are Professional Clients and in minimum subscription amounts of USD 50,000.
