Fonte Universal Fund OEIC Limited

Fonte Universal Fund OEIC Limited is an Open-ended, Domestic, and Exempt Fund registered in the AIFC on September 13th, 2023 in an organizational-legal form of a Private Investment Company with the Constitution and Offering Materials being governed by the AIFC law.  

The Fund will predominantly invest in fixed-income securities with no preference to maturities, including emerging market fixed income, equities, including emerging market equities, exchange traded funds (ETFs), options, futures, as well as cash equivalents. 

In addition to the above-mentioned, the Fund will seek to buy/provide credit facility.

Note: 

Exempt Fund is a Collective Investment Scheme the Units of which are offered in the AIFC only by way of a private placement to Persons who are Professional Clients and in minimum subscription amounts of USD 50,000.
