Yerzhan has BSc in Mechanics & Mathematics from MSU named after Lomonosov M.V., a Certified Clearing Specialist qualification from Deutsche Borse (Eurex), and a Best Finance Specialist medal from Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan. Yerzhan was with Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) for 7 years where he led a team as the Director of Clearing and managed a number of key projects, including launching a derivatives market and introducing an internationally renowned T+2 settlement cycle. Following his experience with KASE, Yerzhan joined Almak Capital, a UAE-based investment firm, and Almak Ventures as a Partner. Acting as a CEO at Fonte Capital Ltd, Yerzhan holds an Approved Individual certificate issued by AFSA in Jan 2022. Yerzhan’s direct reports are CFO, COO, Risk Manager, Head of Project Management as well as compliance, anti-money laundering, and internal control staff members. Yerzhan is married with 4 children and in his spare time runs marathons across the world.

Arman oversees the work of the Financial and Risk teams at the company.
Previously, Arman worked at the Expert RA Kazakhstan rating agency, led the risk management unit at KazMunaiGas, headed the finance department at PetroRetail, and served as an independent director at Atyrau Oil and Gas University.
In July 2023, Arman obtained the Approved Individual status from AFSA for his current role.
He is the author of several analytical articles on finance and economics, which are available online.
Arman holds MSc and BSc degrees in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Pavel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Studies (KIMEP). Pavel's professional experience includes, in addition to commercial organizations, managing teams in various infrastructure, regulatory institutions and industry associations, including the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), the Association of Financial Organizations of Kazakhstan (AFK), the Insurance Benefit Guarantee Fund, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market. He has a number of public awards for his contribution to the development of the financial sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Pavel has been managing operational tasks at Fonte Capital Ltd since December 2022. In particular, he oversees the work of several departments, namely the back office, information technology, human resources and administration, as well as the legal department.

Alexander holds the position of compliance director at Fonte Capital Ltd. He has a university degree in economics and more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Alexander is a professional in finance, business valuation and strategic management.
He has repeatedly participated in the development and implementation of risk management, compliance management and anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing control systems, demonstrating a high level of professional training and organizational skills. Thanks to his experience, Alexander effectively identifies priority tasks, which allows him to achieve significant results in his work.
Alexander was awarded a commemorative medal of the Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan for his conscientious work and significant contribution to the development of the financial sector. He also holds a Certificate of Admission to perform AML work from the National Public Service Personnel Management Center JSC.

Malika is responsible for Investor Relations at Fonte Capital Ltd, where she oversees the development and maintenance relationships with investors and market participants.
With 9 years of experience in the banking sector at local banks, she specializes in areas such as working with HNWIs, direct sales in the mass and small business segments. She takes a role of Branch Manager at SB JSC “Alfa-Bank” Kazakhstan, where she successfully managed the division handling both legal and individual clients and improved and streamlining operational processes.
In 2022, Malika transitioned to Investor Relations at Almak Capital, an investment company specializing in venture capital. In 2023, she joined Fonte Capital Ltd.
Malika holds a degree in Finance and Credit from the University of International Business. She is currently pursuing the ICIR (International Certificate in Investor Relations) at the IR Society (UK) to further enhance expertise in the field of investor relations.

Mr. Gil is responsible for strategic business development, focusing on the creation and implementation of new investment products to expand the company’s portfolio.
Mr. Gil has over 20 years of experience in finance, during which he has specialized in asset management, financial analysis, and investment consulting for high-net-worth individuals (HNWI). Prior to joining Fonte Capital, Mr. Gil worked at IPS Capital, an asset management company based in the AIFC, for over 2 years. Earlier, he spent more than 7 years at BCS, the largest brokerage company in the CIS.
Before 2015, Mr. Gil held key positions at Zerich Capital Management, Basis Invest, and MDM Investments.
In 2002, he graduated from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and is a CFA charterholder.

Asel heads the back office with more than 14 years of experience in the financial sector. She was involved in operational activities at Kazkommerce Securities, RESMI, Tengri Partners and Fincraft, having worked her way up from senior specialist to Head of the Department of calculations and reporting.
Her experience includes settlement management, reporting management, and process optimization. Previously, Asel was the Director of the Department at Fincraft, Chief Specialist at Tengri Partners (mutual fund management) and Kazkommerce Securities (financial instruments settlements).
Assel graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Accounting and Auditing. Her deep knowledge and experience are a valuable asset to our team.

Sergey Kim has over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, including 10 years at the largest bank in the Republic of Kazakhstan. He began his career in 2008 as a risk manager at JSC "BTA Securities".
In 2011, he joined JSC "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan", where he advanced from a risk manager to Head of the Financial Risk Management Division, developing risk appetite strategies, assessing market risks, and conducting stress testing.

Yelizaveta has extensive experience working on various projects, including structuring corporate transactions and providing legal consulting for large companies. She is the author of several dozen articles published in legal journals and newspapers.

Reporting to: Head of Back Office Department
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Perform accounting of assets transferred under trust management, maintain primary documentation related to trust management of securities and mutual funds, as well as operations with the company's own portfolio.
- Calculate and disclose information on the net asset value, investment units, and other indicators of mutual funds, ensure timely revaluation of assets under management, and manage document flow with infrastructure elements: broker, specialized depository, fund registrar, and others.
- Prepare client reports on trust management.
- Communicate with Fund departments to coordinate transaction parameters and account for operations.
- Provide operational support to Investment Consultants and managers on emerging issues.
- Maintain Client accounts in the Fund's internal accounting system.
- Prepare reports in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory legal acts of the AIFC, the National Bank of Kazakhstan, and internal documents of the AIFC professional participant.
WE EXPECT:
- Higher education (preferably in Finance/Economics).
- 3-6 years of experience in back-office operations, investment transaction accounting, or financial analysis.
- Strong communication skills, experience in investment operations.
- English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
- Experience with the AIS "InvestManager" system is an advantage.
