Fonte Capital and Bereke Bank Announce Cooperation
On 6 May 2026, private company Fonte Capital Ltd and Bereke Bank signed a cooperation agreement aimed at developing investment culture and expanding clients’ access to modern financial instruments.
The cooperation will combine Fonte Capital’s expertise in investment management with the scale of Bereke Bank’s client ecosystem. The parties intend to jointly develop informational and educational initiatives in the fields of investment and financial literacy, as well as raise client awareness of opportunities for long-term capital management.
According to representatives of the companies, interest in investment products in Kazakhstan continues to grow, while demand for professional investment solutions is becoming increasingly visible among clients.

Bereke Bank emphasized that the partnership is in line with the Bank’s strategy to develop client services and expand its range of financial solutions.
The cooperation between the parties will be carried out in accordance with applicable legislation, the parties’ internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Fonte Capital Ltd is an investment management company registered in the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) in January 2022. The company specializes in managing a diversified pool of investment funds with the aim of ensuring sustainable capital growth across various asset classes.
