Fonte Capital ETFs begin trading on ITS

On March 26, 2026, shares of Fonte Bitcoin ETF (BETF) and Fonte Solana ETF (SETF) began trading on the international trading platform ITS.

BETF is the first exchange-traded fund in Central Asia offering exposure to spot Bitcoin.
SETF is the world’s first ETF on spot Solana with staking.

The funds are designed to closely track the price performance of their underlying assets and seek to achieve such performance before the deduction of the funds’ fees and liabilities. Both funds are registered in the jurisdiction of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) as Non-Exempt funds, making them accessible to a broad range of investos.

The ETFs launched by Fonte Capital allow investors to gain exposure to digital assets without the need to directly hold cryptocurrencies. This format reduces operational and technological risks while providing access to digital assets through a familiar and regulated exchange infrastructure.

An additional advantage of Fonte Solana ETF (SETF) is the ability to participate in the staking mechanism, with a potential yield ranging from 5.5% to 7.5% per annum in SOL tokens. Staking income partially offsets SETF’s operating expenses and contributes to an increase in the volume of the underlying asset, which may, in turn, have a positive effect on the growth of the fund’s net asset value (NAV).

The underlying assets are held through BitGo Trust Company, one of the world’s leading regulated digital asset custodians. The funds were initially listed in 2025 on the Astana International Exchange (AIX).

The commencement of trading on ITS contributes to improved fund liquidity by expanding the investor base and increasing the number of market participants. In addition, ITS infrastructure provides for the use of securities as collateral, allowing shares of Fonte Capital’s funds to be used in this capacity in trading and investment transactions.
