Fonte Capital Ltd exits shareholding in JSC «IVA Partners»

It is worth noting that in February 2023, Fonte Capital Ltd acquired 100% of the authorized capital of LLC «IVA Partners» as a portfolio investment through the Fonte Hedge Fund OEIC Limited. The transaction was motivated by the stable financial performance of IVA Partners and its significant potential for growth in the medium term.

From 2023 to 2024, the team at IVA Partners carried out a large-scale business transformation. The company was reorganized and converted into a Joint Stock Company, which significantly strengthened its market position.

After successfully achieving its investment objectives, Fonte Capital Ltd decided to exit its shareholding in JSC «IVA Partners», concluding the deal with a positive financial outcome and focusing its efforts on new strategic directions.
