Fonte Reach Fund: Short-Term financing for SMEs as a tool for sustainable growth

Limited access to bank lending for small and medium-sized enterprises continues to drive demand for alternative financing solutions focused on flexibility, speed of decision-making, and alignment with companies’ operational needs.

In 2025, the investment credit fund Fonte Reach Fund OEIC Limited, launched by the private company Fonte Capital Ltd in partnership with the investment consulting company Reach Invest, continued to implement its short-term SME financing strategy, providing debt capital to companies with high growth potential across various sectors of the economy.

The return of Fonte Reach Fund for the last six months of 2025 amounted to approximately 20% (40% on an annualized basis), exceeding the yield available on bank deposits. The total amount of financing provided to projects reached KZT 367.5 million.

The Fund directed financing to companies operating across multiple sectors, including the creative industries, the laboratory equipment segment, and IT:

  • Bestsellers.kz - a literary agency specializing in end-to-end support for the writing and publishing of books.
  • Micro Solutions - a supplier of analytical and auxiliary laboratory equipment from more than 50 leading manufacturers in Europe and Asia.
  • Nova Cloud - a company operating in the cloud technology segment, offering modern and reliable solutions for a wide range of business needs.
  • Tech Flow - an IT company developing complex digital solutions for large corporate clients.

“Fonte Reach Fund focuses on projects where capital is used as a tool for sustainable growth. This approach enables companies to implement their strategic development and expansion plans. In 2026, the Fund plans to continue actively supporting promising SME projects focused on scaling their businesses,” said Yerzhan Mussin, CEO of Fonte Capital Ltd
